Q1. How do I become a member?

Mobile/tablet users: Tap the menu icon (☰) on the top right of the homepage, select “Register,” fill in your details, agree to the terms, and tap “Join Now.”
Desktop users: Click the profile icon on the top right, then click “Register.” Fill in your basic information and submit to complete registration.


Q2. What if I forget my password?

A:
Click the profile icon on the homepage, select “Forgot Password,” and enter your registered email. You’ll receive a reset email—follow the link to set a new password.


Q3. How can I update my personal info or change my password?

A:
Log in to your account, click the profile icon, and go to “My Account” to update your personal details or set a new password.


Q4. What payment methods are available?

A:
We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and JCB).


Q5. How can I check my order status?

A:
Click the profile icon and go to “My Orders” to view your order details and status.
Mobile users: tap “Contact Us” for assistance.
Desktop users: click the profile icon to send us a message. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.


Q6. I placed an order yesterday and today there’s a discount?!

A:
Promotions cannot be applied retroactively by the system. Please contact us and our staff will assist you in applying for the offer manually.

Yes! For bulk orders, please contact customer service directly and we’ll assign someone to assist you.

Q9. How is shipping calculated?

Free shipping for orders over NT$1,000.
For orders below NT$1,000, a NT$70 shipping fee applies (domestic only).


Q10. When will my order be shipped?

We’ll arrange shipment as soon as payment is confirmed.


Q11. How long does shipping take?

A:
For domestic orders, delivery takes about 3–5 working days after shipping.


Q12. What happens if I don’t pick up my order at the convenience store on time?

The package will be returned to us, and you may not receive your item as scheduled. Please contact customer service for assistance.
